Information under art. 13 Reg. (EU) 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR)

we wish to inform you that providing your e-mail address upon registration to the newsletter is optional, but a refusal determines the inability to use the service. The personal data you provide are collected and managed with the aid of electronic or automated tools for the following purposes:

The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6, par. 1 lett. A of the GDPR. The data will be kept for the duration of registration to the Service; they will be deleted upon completion of the procedure contained in each communication received or in case of presentation of a specific request sent to the Data Controller. Without your consent, your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the technical partners who provide the newsletter service (IT companies). In any case, the data will not be disseminated or transferred to non-EU countries.
